Policies
Arrival
We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
Booking
We highly recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service are available.
Cancellations
A deposit will be taken at booking. Cancellation notice must be provided at least 24 hours in advance of treatment in order to receive a refund of this deposit.
Mobile phones
We recommend that you switch off your mobile phone during treatment to allow you to relax and to avoid disturbing other clients.
Gift cards
We regret that refunds cannot be issued for gift cards, once processed
Valuables
These can be kept safely with you in the treatment room. We can accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal items.
